Keep Highlights

A simple, private web highlighter for Chrome. Select text, press Alt+Shift+H, and your highlight is still there when you come back.

• Highlights are found again by their text and surrounding words, so they survive most site redesigns.
• Colours and notes on every highlight.
• One page with all highlights: search, Markdown export, JSON backup and restore.
• No account, no tracking, no servers. Everything stays in your browser.

If a page's wording changes, a highlight may not be found; it stays listed in the popup and on the "All highlights" page.
